Expertise, integrity, and entrepreneurship are the key elements that have guided the Carras family for over 20 years, combined with a deep passion for a craft passed down from father to son and which also distinguishes the third generation, currently at the helm of the company.
The company is managed by a sole director, Claudio Carras, who has continued the business from his father Antonio, who in turn inherited it from his founding father, Vincenzo.
The company has two operating units located in the municipalities of Naples and Caserta, providing strategic regional coverage and guaranteeing its customers competitive response times.
The company, managed by the third generation, is characterized by a significantly expanding sales policy, primarily driven by the signing of important commercial agreements directly with multinational companies in the sector and participation in national consortia, as well as significant investments in fixed assets.
The company operates in the provinces of Naples and Caserta and in surrounding areas outside the Campania region. Its products are distributed to hotels, restaurants, trattorias, pizzerias, bars, and similar businesses, as well as catering services, and serve over 1,200 customers operating in these sectors.
